in this world, russia only sell other country old weapon, when they invent new weapon, they will sell their old fashion weapon to other country, about 10 years behind russia normal weapon, same like second hand car, even like this, china import weapon is way better than they self produced weapon, because china military is very dependent on russia, if china want be a real strong country in this world, their military must learn how to be independent
